Privacy Policy

What information Pinnacle Times collects, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Pinnacle Times ("we", "us") handles information when you visit pinnacletimes.com.

Information you give us

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message. It is emailed to our team and a copy is kept on our server as a record of the enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site. Our hosting and content delivery network may set technical cookies needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Third-party services

  • Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
  • Links to other sites. News headlines link to their publishers' websites, and release pages link to government websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us.

Children

Pinnacle Times is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
